About Us

Skilled nursing care for post hospitalizations and post operative procedures to provide inpatient PT (physical therapy), OT (occupational therapy) and SLP (speech therapy). Fully modern therapy department with gym for strengthening and endurance, a full kitchen, bathroom, dining table, furnished bedroom area, stairs, parallel bars and even a mock grocery store. Therapy is provided to our patients 7 days a week.
Our Director of Nursing is Cindy Ensley, R.N. who has been here for 40 years. Many of our 121 employees have been employed caring for this community for many years.
We have been updating the interior of Parkside Ellijay with new floors and fresh paint in our residents' rooms and the hallways.
