About Us

Cabin accommodations located in the middle of Gilmer county apple orchards and winery's. Nestled in with a crystal clear creek, and surrounded by our homestead farm animals, you'll enjoy the serenity of our Gilmer county get away. Each cabin includes two bedrooms, a hide away queen sofa bed, washers, dryers, and a kitchenette. Enjoy our beautiful, quite campus and even sit by a campfire as the day winds down.
Gingershack Farms is a local family business where the owners are located next to the cabin properties and allow for the personal touch and southern hospitality. Minutes away from the apple orchards, you can be picking apples during the fall apple festival season in no time. We are also located in the middle of the local winery's where you can sit back and relax and take in all the mountains have to offer.
Our passion is insuring the homesteading skills of the past are sustained to the next generation. We offer events around foraging, animal farming, gardening, and fiber arts including fabric dying with local plants and flowers.
