North Georgia Meat Company, Inc. was founded to provide quality and affordable meat products for the local community. Previously known as Waldrep's Meat Processing, they operate a USDA inspected slaughter and processing plant in Ellijay. Located just about 6 miles west of SR282 from the main intersection, they are in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, which has an abundance of  family farms. This is the area where they thrive with quality local cattle and hogs. With an experienced crew, their team leaders make sure that their products maintain the food safety standards, while carrying the original family owned recipes for decades. Their pork sausage is tender, juicy and flavorful. Their ground beef is made of whole muscles instead of trimmings. Serving the community for years, their retail shop will see some expansion to accommodate the growing demand. They look forward to seeing you at their shop or online.
