North Georgia Crawlspace LLC is a locally owned crawlspace business serving the Hwy 515 corridor. After several years of working with large crawlspace businesses in South Carolina, owner Chris Swinney saw the need in the North Georgia area to provide these services. In October 2022 he left the South Carolina company he was with and started his own company focused on better service at a better price from someone you know and can trust. Up until then, most all the similar businesses were really based out of Atlanta and just drove to the area to do work and leave. Our team is vested in and has their roots in North Georgia.
North Georgia Crawlspace provides new build waterproofing, vapor barriers, French drains, dehumidifiers and sump pumps for crawlspaces and basements. In addition to providing those same services to existing homes, we also offer full encapsulations, mold, fungal and odor remediation and control, insulation solutions, moisture and water intrusion control, and structural repair.
With up to 60% of the air we breathe coming from the area beneath our homes—we all need to be concerned about what is going on under our homes, a place most folks seldom go into.
